Jπ(level): Assignments are based on rotational band structure, γ-ray angular distributions, and level deexcitation patterns.
M(γ): Transitions from 164Er(16O,4nγ), deduced to be quadrupole from their angular distribution coefficients, were assumed by 1990Br07 to be stretched E2.
