Identification: comparison of α-intensity yield curves for 164Er(16O,xn) with theoretical curve shapes suggests x=6, 7, and 8 for three of the products; 173Os as 7N product was confirmed by presence of 123.7γ (173Hf decay) and 172.2γ (173Ta decay) in the corresponding γ-ray yield peak (1971Bo06).
