E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ data. ΔEγ=0.5 keV assigned by the evaluators when not stated. See 164Dy(p,nγ),(d,2nγ) for tentative high-spin levels proposed by 1972WaYR at 281.4; 300.3; 376.4, 377.2 and 495.5 keV, and a floating 90.0-112.8-133.8-151.2 γ cascade with level sequence of J=3 to 7.

Jπ(level): From probable band assignments in 160Gd(11B,α3nγ) and 165Ho(d,t), unless otherwise stated

E(γ): Values with uncertainties are from 164Ho IT decay (37.5 min). Others are from 160Gd(11B,α3nγ).
