General Comments:

These data are from the β- decay of 154Nd and the decay of the 1.73-min and 2.68-min levels in 154Pm. There are no definitive data on the relative energies of these two 154Pm levels.

E(level): From the 154Nd β- decay, except the pseudolevels are not adopted since they may represent several actual levels.

Jπ(level): There are conflicts concerning the Jπ assignments between the experimental data and the detailed model-dependent arguments of 1990So08. 1990So08 propose configurations for the 0+x, 50+x, 151+x, and 850+x levels that all have positive parity. However, 1993GrZZ report E1 γ’s from the 151+x level, which implies it is of opposite parity from the 0+x and 50+x levels. For several levels, the configurations of 1990So08 are given; for other discussions of the configurations, see 1971Da28, 1972Ta13, 1973Pr05, and 1974Ya07.

Jπ(level): For possible Jπ assignments for those levels where none are listed here, see the 154Nd β- decay data set.

E(γ): Unplaced γ’s are not included here, see 154Nd β- decay.
