E(level): From least squares fitting of adopted Eγ’s for levels populated in γ-ray studies. Weighted averages taken in other cases.
Jπ(level): For levels populated in (α,3nγ), many assignments are based on γγ(θ) (DCO) data which give ΔJ and δ, but not Δπ. In the interpretation of such data the following multipolarities are assumed: E2 for ΔJ=2, E1 (or M1) for ΔJ=1, M1+E2 for ΔJ=1, D+Q.
