Jπ(level): For levels populated in (α,3nγ), many assignments are based on γγ(θ) (DCO) data which give ΔJ and δ, but not Δπ. In the interpretation of such data the following multipolarities are assumed: E2 for ΔJ=2, E1 (or M1) for ΔJ=1, M1+E2 for ΔJ=1, D+Q. The spins are generally assumed to be in ascending order as the excitation energy increases
