E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ’s, assuming Δ(Eγ)=0.5~keV when not stated
Jπ(level): For high-spin (J>11/2) states, ascending spins with excitation energy are assumed to be populated in (HI,xnγ) reactions. For SD bands, all transitions are assumed to be stretched quadrupoles.
