E(level): From a least-squares fit to γ-ray energies, assuming ΔEγ=0.3 keV, when not given.
Jπ(level): For levels populated in 124Sn(30Si,5nγ) and (α,xnγ) reactions, Jπ values have been deduced primarily from γ(θ) data in 1991Fl02. In a few cases ce data and γ(lin pol) data give strong arguments for Jπ values. Following assumptions have been made in such assignments: ascending spins are assumed as the excitation energy increases which is generally supported by deexcitation pattern of levels. ΔJ=2, quadrupole transitions are assumed as E2 and ΔJ=1 transitions with Q/d admixture are assumed as M1+E2 from RUL for E2 and M2, when no long lifetime for levels is indicated from γγ-coin data. Above 5 MeV excitation, only one J value is given but γ(θ) data used to assign these Jπ values do not seem to give unique results. Arguments based on sequence assignments, model calculations, etc., seem to have been used by 1991Fl02 and 1995Fl01 in (30Si,5nγ).
M(γ): Unless otherwise stated, assignments are from γ(θ,pol) in (α,5nγ), γ(θ) and ce in (α,2nγ), and γ(θ) in (30Si,5nγ). From RUL for E2 and M2, mult=Q is most likely E2. In many cases 1991Fl02 in (30Si,5nγ) give unique multipolarity assignments, but their γ(θ) which give only A2 values cannot distinguish between different possible assignments.
