E(level): From a least-squares fit to Eγ data with ΔEγ=0.5 keV for Eγ’s with no assigned uncertainty
Jπ(level): From analysis of γ(θ), α(K)exp, and systematics. For level from (HI,xnγ) dataset spin generally incesases with excitation energy. Where available, assigned configurations were tacitly used together with other arguremtns for Jπ assignments. Starting at 3596 level and above all assignments were postulated by 1995Sc25 in (HI,xnγ) dataset
M(γ): From conversion electron data in ε decay, and γ(θ), DCO ratios, conversion electron and linear-polarization data in (HI,xnγ)
