Levels: Jπ assignments are based mainly on the following arguments
Levels: 1) Observed band structure in 252Cf SF decay, 248Cm SF decay and 238U(α,Fγ) and systematics of neighboring Nb nuclei
Levels: 2) deduced values for (gK-gR)/Q[0,where Q[0 is transitional quadrupole moment, fit well to the calculated estimates
Levels: 3) T1/2 of 164-keV and 248-keV levels agree with Nilsson estimates
Levels: The transitional quadrupole moment Qt were obtained from γ half- life measurements
Levels: All band information suggested from 238U(α,Fγ) (2002Hu07)
Q-value: Note: Current evaluation has used the following Q record 5530 30704×101 8 1086×101 8 -754×101 7 2003Au03
