Nuclear electric dipole moments for the lowest 1/2+ states in Xe and Ba isotopes

NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 129Xe, 131Ba; calculated levels, J, π, and comparison with experimental spectrum, density of 1/2- states, strength function for nuclear electric dipole moment (EDM) operator, off-diagonal potential matrix elements between first 1/2+ state and k-th 1/2- state for the isoscalar interaction, partial contribution to EDM for isoscalar (I=0), isovector (I=1) and isotensor (J=2) type two-body interaction. 129,131,133,135Xe, 131,133,135,137Ba; calculated isoscalar (I=0), isovector (I=1) and isotensor (J=2) nuclear electric dipole moments (EDM), neutron quenching factors and upper limit of the nuclear EDM for 1/2+ states. Nuclear shell model with two-body nucleon interactions violating parity and time-reversal invariance.
