E2 strengths and transition radii difference of one-phonon 2+ states of 92Zr from electron scattering at low momentum transfer

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 92Zr(e, e'), E=63 MeV; measured E(e), I(e), σ(θ) using LINTOTT spectrometer at S-DALINAC accelerator facility. 92Zr; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2) and B(E3) for first two 2+ and first 3- states, one-phonon symmetric and mixed-symmetric 2+ states. DWBA and PWBA analyses. Comparison with quasiparticle-phonon model (QPM) calculations.

Resonance parameters of the first 1/2+ state in 9Be and astrophysical implications

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(e, e'), E=73 MeV; measured electron spectra, σ, σ(θ); deduced parameters of the first 1/2+ resonance, widths, B(E1). R-matrix analysis. 9Be(γ, n), E=1.6-2.0 MeV; deduced averaged σ. Deduced reaction rates for 4He(nα, γ)9Be at temperatures T9=0.001 to 0.03. Comparison with shell-model calculations. Discussed implications for possible production of 12C in neutron-rich astrophysical scenarios.
