Low-lying octupole isovector excitation in ¹⁴⁴Nd

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁴³Nd(n, γ), E=cold; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ), half-lives of 3- states by Doppler-shift technique (GRID) using EXILL array for γ detection at the Institut Laue-Langevin, Grenoble. ¹⁴⁴Nd; deduced low-lying 3- levels, multipolarities, mixing ratios, B(M1), B(E2), B(E3). Comparison with quasiparticle phonon model (QPM) calculations.
