NUCLEAR MOMENTS ^{36}Ar; measured spectroscopic quadrupole moment of the first excited 2+ state by reorientation-effect in Coulomb excitation using ^{194}Pt(^{36}Ar, ^{36}Ar), E=134.2 MeV, and analyzing Coulomb excitation yields using GOSIA code. Comparison with beyond mean-field and large-scale shell-model calculations, and with experimental spectroscopic quadrupole moments for the first 2+ states in ^{20}Ne, ^{24}Mg, ^{28}Si, ^{32}S, ^{36}Ar.
