Comparison of angular distribution and polarization data with distorted wave Born approximation (DWBA) calculations. 76Ge, 76Se; deduced occupancies of valence proton orbitals in ground states. Comparison of occupancies of valence proton and neutron orbitals in ground states of 76Ge and 76Se with QRPA and shell-model calculations. Discussed implications for neutrinoless double β decay of 76Ge to 76Se.
