Systematics of High-Spin Isomers N = 83 Isotones and a High-Spin Isomer Beam

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 141Pr(16O, 7np), E=165 MeV; measured prompt and delayed Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. 149Dy deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, isomeric states T1/2. 14N(136Xe, 6n), 16O(136Xe, 7n), E=8 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, (recoil)γ-coin; deduced isomer production features. Level systematics in N=83 isotones discussed.
