Systematics of High-Spin Isomers N = 83 Isotones and a High-Spin Isomer Beam

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁴¹Pr(¹⁶O, 7np), E=165 MeV; measured prompt and delayed Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁴⁹Dy deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations, isomeric states T_1/2. ¹⁴N(¹³⁶Xe, 6n), ¹⁶O(¹³⁶Xe, 7n), E=8 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, (recoil)γ-coin; deduced isomer production features. Level systematics in N=83 isotones discussed.
