Structure of $2^{+}, T = 2$ states in $A = 12$ nuclei

Abstract

Using a reasonable but simple model, properties of $2^{+}$ states in ${}^{12}{Be}$ and ${}^{12}O$ are calculated and compared with results of experiments.
