Spectroscopy of the Λ hypernuclei: New problems and prospects

Abstract

Nonmesonic weak decays of hypernuclei are analyzed. One peculiar case—decay of A=10 hypernuclei—which can resolve the puzzle of the ratio Γnp (neutron stimulated to proton stimulated rates) is discussed.
