Abstract

High-spin states have been studied in the 97Mo nucleus with the reaction 82Se(19F,p3nγ) at 68 MeV. The main experimental result is the observation of the νh11/2 quasiband structure up to the 31/2 state at Ex=5.5MeV. The systematic behavior of this structure along the isotopic and isotonic sequences is presented. The structure of the 97Mo is discussed in terms of the interacting boson-fermion model 1.
