Abstract
High-spin states have been studied in the nucleus with the reaction at 68 MeV. The main experimental result is the observation of the quasiband structure up to the state at The systematic behavior of this structure along the isotopic and isotonic sequences is presented. The structure of the is discussed in terms of the interacting boson-fermion model 1.
