Abstract
We study the Coulomb energy shifts in mirror nuclei with the emphasis on the halo nuclei, and We find that even in such loosely bound nuclei the second- and higher-order Coulomb contributions are relatively small and the large relative Coulomb energy shifts are due to first order effects in the Coulomb interaction.
