Abstract
Angular distributions of the alpha particle transfer reaction BLiO were measured for 28, 35, 40, 50, 56, 60, and 80 MeV beam energies. Exact finite range distorted-wave Born approximation (DWBA) analysis was performed for eight states of : ground state, 6.13 MeV (), 6.92 MeV (), 10.36 MeV (), 11.10 MeV (), 14.82 MeV (), 16.28 MeV (), and 20.86 MeV (). Values of spectroscopic factors were extracted. For low lying states they agree well with theoretical shell model predictions. No evidence for tetrahedral deformation of the ground state was found.
