Abstract

Mass separated sources of Ac223 with Fr219 in secular equilibrium were used to study the level structure of At215 following alpha decay of Fr219. The levels in At215 can be interpreted in terms of the π(h9/2)3ν(g9/2)4, π(h9/2)2f7/2ν(g9/2)4, and π(h9/2)2i13/2ν(g9/2)4 shell model configurations. No evidence for reflection asymmetry is found.
