Abstract

Two PAC probes,99Rh and111In, were employed to study the solid solubility of rhodium in silver. The solute rhodium atom concentration was determined for alloys containing 0.1–1.0 at% of Rh. It increases with increasing temperature up to about 0.04 at% at 1200 K and it does not depend essentially on the nominal impurity concentration.
