Abstract

A search has been performed for large cluster breakup from ⁴⁰Ca following inelastic scattering. No evidence is seen for breakup to the ¹²C+²⁸Si, ¹⁶O+²⁴Mg or ²⁰Ne+²⁰Ne channels.
