Abstract
The first calculations of -nucleus elastic scattering using the relativistic impulse approximation are presented and compared with the recent 46.8-MeV - elastic scattering data. The calculated cross sections agree well with the data. The differences between relativistic and nonrelativistic impulse-approximation calculations using the same input are small.
