The isobaric multiplet mass equation and existing spectroscopic information have been used to establish systematics for $E_C^{\mathrm{}\left(1\right)\mathrm{}}$ and $E_C^{\mathrm{}\left(2\right)\mathrm{}}$ of the nuclear Coulomb energy and extend the concept of isobaric multiplets in a coherent manner up to $A=60\mathrm{}$. Collateral information on masses of $T_z=-1,-2\mathrm{}$ nuclei and radii is also presented.
