Abstract
The stripping reaction has been studied at 43.6 MeV for all states of up to 10.78 MeV. Reliable spectroscopic factors are extracted for the low-spin states. The 7.16 MeV () and 7.38 MeV () states are shown to be populated by sequential scattering to the quadrupole states and or stripping in a rotational model. The data for a state at 9.0 MeV are shown to be accounted for within the same model for a spin assignment, confirming the results of pion scattering experiments to the analogous 9.50 MeV state in .
