Abstract

γγ directional correlation measurements have been carried out and the following 0+ spin assignments have been made. Xe122: 1149 keV level, Xe124: 1269 and 1690 keV, Xe126: 1313 keV, Xe128: 1583 and 2599 keV. In addition, value of δ for the 493 keV (22+, → 21+) transition in Xe124 has been measured to be 83+7.

RADIOACTIVITY Cs122,124 [from Xe124 (p,xn) enriched Xe124]; Cs126,128 [from Ba126,128, Cs133 (p,xn)]; measured γγ(θ), Xe122,124,126,128 levels. Deduced J, γ-mixing, Ge(Li), and NaI(Tl) detectors.
