The ${}_{}{}^{10}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{B}({}_{}{}^{10}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{B},\alpha ){}_{}{}^{16}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{O}$ reaction has been investigated using a 20-MeV ${}_{}{}^{10}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{B}$ beam and a multiangle spectrograph. Twenty-nine $\alpha$ groups have been observed corresponding to ${}_{}{}^{16}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{O}$ states with $E_x<24\mathrm{}$ MeV. The reaction excites known $T=0\mathrm{}$ states: ${\sigma }_t$ follow $2J_f+1\mathrm{}$ for 11 of 12 groups. The angular distributions show little structure.
