Abstract
The elastic and inelastic scatterings of by are calculated from the -nucleon scattering matrix of the Chew model which fits the -nucleon phase shift data up to about 200 MeV. The results are compared with those calculated from the Kisslinger and Landau-Tabakin models to study the off-shell dependence of the -nucleus scattering.
