Abstract
The in-beam conversion-electron spectrum for the reaction has been obtained at 45 MeV. Strong components are observed for interband transitions between states in the and ground bands up to at least spin 10 and probably also spin 12. The ratio of transition probabilities, to , is found to be essentially constant for in the range 2 to 10. No evidence for a dramatic change which might be associated with the backbending phenomenon is seen.
