Resonances in ${}^{12}C$ + ${}^{13}C$

Abstract

Resonant structures at 9.4 and 10.3 MeV c.m. energy have been observed in both the reaction ${}^{12}C ({}^{13}C, α) {}^{21}{Ne}$ and the elastic scattering of ${}^{13}C$ from ${}^{12}C$ . Unambiguous assignments of $l = 7$ for both of the resonances are made.
