Abstract
A comparative study of the level structure of is made employing the conventional shell-model and Kuo-Brown matrix elements for the Hamada-Johnston interaction, and Clement matrix elements for the Tabakin interaction. Results on spectroscopic strengths for the reaction and transition rates are also reported. Except for some differences, the two interactions are found to give essentially similar results. Some differences with the earlier calculation of McGrory, Wildenthal, and Halbert are also pointed out.
