Abstract

The threshold for the Ar36(p,n)K36 reaction has been found at Ep=14.002±0.024 MeV (lab). This leads to a mass excess for K36 of -17.396 ± 0.023 MeV. The half-life of positron activity for K36 was found to be 345 ± 5 msec.
