Abstract
Thirty-six transitions from the excited levels of as fed by electron capture in have been studied. Level spins and parities, along with transition multipolarities, have been determined utilizing germanium solid-state detectors for the rays and the Davis precision solenoidal -ray spectrometer for the conversion electrons. The energies as measured by the spectrometer are determined to well within one part in 7000. A decay scheme is presented and the energy levels are discussed.
