Abstract

The B10(d, p)B11 reaction was studied at a deuteron bombarding energy of 1.2 Mev. Angular distributions and proton-gamma correlations associated with transitions to the first and second excited states of B11 were obtained.

An analysis including the effects of heavy-particle stripping has been performed for the first excited state transition and is consistent with the observed distribution and correlation.
