Comparison to predictions based on the eikonal reaction model with shell-model structure inputs, and with previous experimental data for 9Be(16C, 15B), E=75 MeV/nucleon reaction. Discussed energy dependence of the spectroscopic reduction factor, and the role of surface neutrons as spectators.
