NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁵⁹Tb(¹³C, 4n), E=58.5, 62 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁶⁸Lu deduced high-spin levels, J, π, configurations. Level systematics in neighboring nuclides discussed.
