Elastic Scattering of ¹⁵N Ions by ¹⁶O at the Energy 11.59 MeV

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶O(¹⁵N, ¹⁵N), E(cm)=11.59 MeV; measured reaction products; deduced σ(θ); calculated σ(θ) using optical model code Sfresco (angles below 90⁰) and coupled channel code Fresco (proton transfer mechanism, all angles); deduced optical model parameters of ¹⁵N+¹⁶O using the fit to the data and existence of protons on the ¹⁶O surface.
