Test of Predicted Gamma Stability at Spins above 8(h-bar) in ⁶⁴Zn

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹²C(⁵⁴Fe, 2p), E=155 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, (recoil)γ-, (recoil)γγ-coin, γ(θ), γγ(θ), DCO. ⁶⁴Zn deduced high-spin levels J, π, γ-multipolarity, B(λ), quadrupole moments. Cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky, Woods-Saxon, Hartree-Fock models, Bohr Hamiltonian.
