NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁷⁰Er(¹³C, 4n), E=63 MeV; Re(¹⁴N, xn)¹⁹⁶Pb, E not given; measured Eγ, Iγ(θ, H, t). ¹⁷⁹W, ¹⁹⁶Pb deduced quadrupole moments for high-spin isomers. Level-mixing spectroscopy technique. Comparison with tilted-axis cranking predictions.
