NUCLEAR REACTIONS 232Th(16O, F), 235,236,238U(12C, F), 235U(13C, F), E(cm)=50-160 MeV; calculated angular distributions of fission fragments, fission cross sections, multiplicity of prescission neutrons, relaxation time for the tilting mode, and the fraction of fission events occurring in times not larger than the relaxation time for the tilting mode using a newly proposed method for calculating the initial distributions of the total angular momentum projection onto the symmetry axis for the nuclear systems formed in the reactions of complete fusion of deformed nuclei with spins. Complete fusion-fission dynamics. Comparison with experimental data.
