NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁷⁰Er(²⁹Si, 5n), E=147 MeV; ¹⁷⁰Er(³⁰Si, 4n), E=138 MeV; measured prompt and delayed Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ^194,196Pb deduced levels, J, π, B(E1), B(E2), B(E3), isomer decay features. Caesar array, potential energy surface calculations.
