NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁵⁸Ni(⁴⁰Ca, p2α), (⁴⁰Ca, 2p2α), E=185 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (charged particle)γ-coin. ⁸⁸Mo, ⁸⁹Tc deduced superdeformed band transitions, configurations, moments of inertia. Gammasphere, Microball arrays, cranked mean-field calculations.
