Signature splitting inversion and backbending in ⁸⁰Rb

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁶⁵Cu(¹⁹F, 3np), E=75 MeV; ⁶⁶Zn(¹⁸O, 3np), E=76 MeV; ⁶⁸Zn(¹⁶O, 3np), E=80 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ)(DCO) at CIAE and JAERI facilities. ⁸⁰Rb; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, bands, alignments, signature splitting and inversion. Comparison with structures of ⁷⁸Rb and ⁸²Y nuclei. Calculated total Routhian surface (TRS) plots. Projected shell-model calculations.
