Gamow-Teller and Dipole Strength Distribution in ⁴⁰Ca(n, p)⁴⁰K Reaction

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁴⁰Ca(n, p), E=60-260 MeV; measured σ(E, θ). ⁴⁰K deduced Gamow-Teller strength, dipole, spin-dipole transition strength. DWIA analysis, compared with 1p-1h shell model predictions.
