NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁷⁰Er(¹³C, 4n), E=63 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ(θ, H). ¹⁷⁹W deduced high-K isomer quadrupole moment. Level mixing spectroscopy technique, recoil nuclei implanted in Tl host.
