Investigation of Proton and Deuteron Induced Reactions on Cobalt

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁵⁹Co(p, X)^55,56,57,58Co, E=48-75 MeV;⁵⁹Co(p, X)⁵²Mn, E=55-70 MeV;⁵⁹Co(p, 4n), E=60-70 MeV;⁵⁹Co(d, X)^57,58,60Co, E=0-50 MeV;⁵⁹Co(d, p)⁶⁰Co, E=13-40 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ using stacked foil technique (incident energies 70 MeV for protons, 40 MeV deuterons); deduced σ. ⁵⁹Co(d, p), E=4-38 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ using stacked foil technique; deduced physical yield. ⁵⁸Co(d, X), E=25 MeV; measured thin layer activity distribution (θ=30⁰, 90⁰). Compared with other data, TENDL-2009 (TALYS-based Evaluated Nuclear Data Library).
