Coarse graining of NN inelastic interactions up to 3 GeV: Repulsive versus structural core

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹H(n, n'), (p, p), E<3 GeV; analyzed directly scattering σ(E) data from Scattering Analysis Interactive Dialin (SAID) database in a model independent method, and recent evidence for NN potentials from lattice QCD calculations using a coarse grained optical potential approach and implementing a Wilsonian renormalization. Discussed possible implications for nuclear structure calculations.
