High-Spin States in Odd-Odd ¹⁶⁴Lu

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁴⁹Sm(¹⁹F, 4n), E=85 MeV; ¹⁴⁶Nd(²³Na, 5n), E=110 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁶⁴Lu deduced high-spin levels, J, π, γ-branching, B(M1)/B(E2) ratios, band crossings, signature inversion, neutron-proton interactions.
